Can you help give families a full pantry and a lighter load this winter?

Your support helps lift the weight for families facing rising costs.

Right now, many Western Australian families are facing empty fridges and rising bills.

For parents like Tina, winter adds even more pressure at a time when they are already doing everything they can to stay afloat.

Last year, we provided more than 9.3 million meals across Western Australia. As living costs rise, more families are reaching out for help.

Your generosity can help fill pantries and lift the weight this winter.

When Tina arrived at Foodbank Bunbury for the first time, she sat in her car trying to gather her strength.

Tina and her husband built a life they were proud of. They had made a home in Bunbury, they were both in stable government jobs and were comfortably managing the ongoing healthcare needs of their daughter. But everything changed when it became clear their daughter needed full‑time, high‑level support.

Tina remembers sitting at the kitchen table, surrounded by bills, trying to make the numbers add up.

“I kept trying to make the numbers work, but they just wouldn’t. There was nothing left.”

Tina had heard of Foodbank Bunbury, but she thought we were there for people doing it tougher than she was. She never imagined her family would need our help.

Every day we help families like Tina’s

For many who walk through our doors, our support is the steady hand that helps them get through a hard moment with a little more ease. Just like Tina, a short period of help can give families the breathing space they need to regain stability and start feeling hopeful again.

But we cannot do this without you. Please give today and help families like Tina’s.

Monique’s story

“I don’t ask for help. It’s not easy for me. But it’s such a relief to know I can shop at Foodbank. Like a really big weight lifted off your chest. Knowing you have enough food to feed your family.”
